Payroll Function Review -Medical Device Company – ASX 200
The review performed by the SnP team for the ASX 200 company focused on various aspects of the payroll function.
This included an evaluation of the payroll processes, system configuration, and resourcing. The purpose of the review was to assess the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the company’s payroll operations and identify potential areas for improvement.
The three-month project delivered an options paper to inform both short- and medium-term decisions on the enhancing the payroll function to support the business into the future. Various options including keeping payroll inhouse (with/ without remediation), outsourcing the AUS payroll and outsourcing the payroll globally were considered.
