Over the past 6 months Paul has established himself as an integral and key member in this project. He's problem resolution skills and strong communication skills have ensured all stakeholders have been kept informed. We got to know Paul through his contributions to TAPS which struck us at once as practical and business-like. Paul's commitment to Media Monitors started way before we became his client; he followed the organisation for about 6 months on a regular basis believing that he had something of value to offer. The organisation was waiting for my appointment as Group Human Resources Manager and subsequently left the payroll system review in my portfolio.
After a few months in my new role I met with Paul to discuss our needs and his service offering. Impressed with his knowledge and experience, we engaged him, initially for the purposes of assessing the payroll service delivery model. Along the way he has also helped us to improve our understanding of our new T&A system. I know that he went out of his way to conduct additional research on this product and others in the market to provide some valuable insight.
